Advanced training in research group and greenhouse projects - Involved in experimental projects namely; research project on faba bean multiplication growth of hybrid lines, sustainabe and efficient nutrient use with irrigation for wheat, arctic bramble experiment with novel growth substrates, nitrogen-phosphorous fertilization on winter wheat effect for yield formation, cultivar comparison of yellow lupin seeds, acidity and drought tolerance test in faba bean, and rye grass-meat and bone meal as a nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizer. Got acquainted with instruments like SPAD meter, IR camera, EC meter, pH meter, hand held leaf porometer, Sun scan canopy analysis meter, NIR analysis meter, Grain analysis meter, Seed cleaner, Thermometer gun, Carbon and Nitrogen analysis system, milling instrument, Leaf area analysis system. Some of the academic courses studied were Sustainable agriculture and rural development and Conservation of Plant genetic resources. |
