I have worked on “Marker Assisted Selection (MAS) in apricot (Prunus armeniaca) cultivars for their utilization in apricot breeding towards selection of superior varieties against PPV (Plum pox virus)”. In this, our aim was to develop the genomic resources in apricot using recent advanced high-throughput tools for their utilization in molecular breeding program. |
